A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of public money out
of the treasury from the state fund, general revenue, from
the balance of all general revenues remaining unappropriated
for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one
thousand nine hundred ninety-seven, to the division of
corrections, correctional units, account no. fund 0450
fiscal year 1997 organization 0608, supplementing chapter
eight, acts of the Legislature, first extraordinary session,
one thousand nine hundred ninety-six, known as the "Budget
Bill".
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That account no. fund 0450 fiscal year 1997 organization
0608, chapter eight, acts of the Legislature, first extraordinary session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-six, known as the
budget bill, be supplemented and amended by adding to such
account, the following new line item;

12 To establish a juvenile detention facility in McDowell County

Any unexpended balance is hereby reappropriated for
expenditure during the fiscal year 1996-97.
The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement the budget act for fiscal year 1996-1997 by providing
for a new item of appropriation to establish a juvenile facility
in McDowell County.
